Automatic Engineer is a digital platform that provides Agentic AI as a Service (Aaas) and AI-assisted engineering information, analysis, and guidance through automated systems, including patented technology, large language models and interactive interfaces. The content, outputs, and responses generated by Automatic Engineer are provided for general informational and preliminary guidance purposes only. Automatic Engineer does not provide professional engineering services, certified engineering advice, or final design determinations unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Information provided by Automatic Engineer:

• Does not constitute certified engineering advice
• Is not a substitute for services provided by a licensed professional engineer
• Must not be relied upon for final design, construction, safety-critical, or regulatory decisions

Users must obtain independent review, validation, and sign-off by a suitably qualified and licensed professional engineer before acting on any information generated by the platform.

Automatic Engineer utilises artificial intelligence and automated reasoning systems which:

• Generate outputs probabilistically
• May contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
• Are dependent on the completeness and accuracy of user-supplied information

While reasonable efforts are made to improve accuracy and reliability, no representation or warranty is made that outputs are complete, correct, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Automatic Engineer disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Compliance with any laws, codes, standards, or regulations

All use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automatic Engineer, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising from:

• Use of or reliance on platform outputs
• Errors or omissions in generated content
• Decisions made based on AI-assisted guidance
• Inability to access or use the platform

This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, economic, or special damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

By using Automatic Engineer, users acknowledge and agree that:

• They remain fully responsible for all engineering decisions
• They will not rely solely on platform outputs for safety-critical or regulated activities
• They will comply with all applicable laws, codes, and professional obligations in their jurisdiction
   

Use of Automatic Engineer does not create:

• An engineer–client relationship
• A professional duty of care
• Any fiduciary relationship

Any professional services, if offered, will be governed by separate written agreements with explicit scope, limitations, and liability terms.

Engineering standards, laws, and professional requirements vary by country, region, and project type.

Automatic Engineer does not guarantee that outputs comply with any specific jurisdictional requirements unless expressly stated. Users are responsible for verifying applicability within their jurisdiction.

Automatic Engineer reserves the right to modify this Legal Statement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
